Alanna, the owner of Poppet Locks, started her beautiful business in 2022 in Burleigh, QLD. She had been a hairdresser for over 20 years, doing Mermaid Braids on hundreds of kids including her own, and was searching for an easier way that braids can be worn all year round - not just on the holidays - and that's how Poppet Locks was born!

After lots of sampling and designing to find the best quality hair and colours, Poppet Locks now have sent over 50,000 ponytails worldwide! Don't fall for the imitations, most of their ponytails and glitters are original and custom created by Alanna herself.
